Educators begin to build prospectuses that are organized around solid research questions, grounded in theory, that are relevant to important issues in the field, use appropriate methodology, and advance social change. The ideal time for education professionals to take this course is when they have a committee chairperson assigned and are beginning to plan their dissertation research.
