Education professionals explore the complexities of developmentally appropriate practice and learn what it means to be an advocate for children, their families, and the profession itself. They engage in discussions and assignments that emphasize the importance of keeping up with current research in the field and engaging in professional activities and organizations to ensure continual professional growth and learning.
