More and more organizations now manage by projects and, as a result, the profession of project management has gained prominence. Students in this course focus on the latest concepts in project management and can gain the knowledge and skills needed to successfully manage projects as a project management professional. Topics include the major Project Management Knowledge Areas: Scope, Time, Cost, Risk, and Quality Management.
