To Add a Picture to Blackboard:

• Open the folder or module where you want the picture located
• Click on "Build Content"
• Select "Image"
• Name the image and select the location where it is saved
• Enter "Alt Text" (this is the text a screen reader will use if you have a student with accommodations and is required)
• You can add a hyperlink under "Image Target URL" if you'd like the students to click on the picture to access a webpage
• Set any viewing restrictions
• Hit "Submit"

To Add a Video from your TechSmith Knowmia Library:

• Open the folder or module where you want the video located
• Click on "Build Content"
• Select "TechSmith Knowmia"
• Name the video and enter a description
• Set any viewing restrictions
• Hit "Submit"
• You will return to the folder or module where you started, click on the video title you just created
• A window will open with your TechSmith Knowmia library
• Navigate to the folder or video you'd like to add and click on "Add Media"

To Add an External Link (Hyperlink/Web Link) to Blackboard:

• Open up the folder or module where you want the link located
• Click on "Build Content"
• Select "Web Link"
• Name the link
• Enter the destination URL (the website you'd like your students to end up at after they click on the link)
• Enter a description of the destination website
• Set any viewing restrictions
• Hit "Submit"
