If you receive a turnaway message (i.e., you do
not have access to this resource):
Make sure that you're logged in to OpenAthens.
Email a Librarian for assistance.
If you try to access our content from offsite and get an "invalid form token" message, ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser, since this is required for using OpenAthens.
If problem is with CINAHL or other EBSCOhost databases or with Internet Explorer, try deleting cookies. (See documents below.)
You can also try to delete cookies from whatever browser you're using. Open browser, then SHIFT-CONTROL-DELETE.
If clearing cookies doesn't work, try a different browser - Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer.
