How to use generative AI in teaching and researching

To use Claude AI, you can follow these general steps:

  1. Access Claude: Visit the Claude AI website and sign up or log in.
  2. Start a Conversation: Once logged in, you can begin interacting with Claude by typing your questions or requests into the chat interface.
  3. Ask Questions: You can ask Claude various questions, including those about current events, due to its training on the latest real-time data.
  4. Summarize Content: Claude can summarize web pages, documents, and other lengthy texts. Simply paste the content into the chat.
  5. Retry or Report: If you’re not satisfied with Claude’s response, you can use the ‘Retry’ button to ask again or use the ‘Report’ option if necessary.
  6. Use in Slack: Claude is also available as an app for Slack, where it can assist you and your team with inquiries and content creation.
