SPPS Research Process: Step 4: Focus Your Topic

Focus Your Topic

This is, arguably, the most important step in the research process. You need to narrow your broad topic and form a focus from the information you found in the Exploration stage. This will make the next step much more manageable!

Write Your Research Question

Writing your research question before you collect resources will help you clarify your focus and identify what you are looking for.

List Your Keywords
