Module 1: Incentive Theory of Motivation and Intrinsic vs. Extrinsic Motivation

Objective: Students will be able to define two forms of motivation and discuss examples of each.

Module 2: Self-Efficacy

Objective: Students will be able to determine examples of self-efficacy in children.

Module 3: Vygotsky's Sociocultural Theory

Objective: Students will be able to analyze the influence of culture, peers, and adults on a child's development, and will be able to articulate the significance of the "zone of proximal development.

Module 4: Social Constructivism

Objective: Students will be able to explain the major feature of Social Constructivism, solving problems.
