The 999 field in bib records can be used to retrieve records of get statistics by user and type of update, for example 999:vvc20230223. You also can use this query to search for type of update regardless of the user: 999__a:/^[a-z]{2}cyyyymmdd/ => replace "c" with the type of update (q, p, u, t, s, etc.) and modify the date as necessary (make sure that the number of results per page is set to 10 or 25 while you run the search, otherwise it can time out).
To get system-generated record creation/update and user statistics, the following queries can be used:
Record creation
created:yyyy-mm-dd => created on a specific date
created<yyyy-mm-dd => created before a specific date
created>yyyy-mm-dd => created after a specific date
created>2022-11-01 AND created<2022-11-30 => created during a range (for a range, use the starting date and the day after the end date, for example for the month of March, it would be created>2023-03-01 AND created<2023-04-01, since the day starts at midnight, so this will catch everything created on the 31st of March until 11:59pm)
Record update
updated:yyyy-mm-dd => updated on a specific date
updated<yyyy-mm-dd => updated before a specific date
updated>yyyy-mm-dd => updated after a specific date
updated>2022-11-01 AND updated<2022-11-30 => updated during a range
User (use the login/version of name in email)
created_user:vossv => this will retrieve all records created by the user
user:vossv => this will retrieve records where the user was the last one to update the records
The queries can be combined with AND, OR and AND NOT, for example: updated:2023-03-02 AND user:vossv
